We respectfully require a $100/Person non-refundable deposit.  This ensures your reservation.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will apply your deposit to another rescheduled trip at Sunset Cove Resort booked within the same year subject to availability.  Deposits are non-transferrable to the next year and non-refundable. Please contact us for deposit amounts for families with children.  Due to any circumstance beyond our control, such as bad weather, later arrivals or early check outs, we assume no liability.  Your party will be charged the original nights booked.  Prices in U.S Funds. 

Due to limited cabins winterized (4 at this time), we place the party in one cabin if it's a party of 6 (person) max.  If the party chooses to utilize another cabin though beds are available in one cabin, we charge for the number of beds being both used and unused.  This policy is in place due to our busy winter season and only 3 cabins available.  i.e:   If there is a party of 5 or 6 and the party chooses to use 2 cabins though there is 6 beds available in the one cabin, the party will have to pay for all beds (used or unused).  The cabins are fully equipped with 6 beds/cabin to make your stay very comfortable with a mixture of queen, doubles and twin beds.   Please call our toll free line with any questions:  1-888-484-2192
